Wordojo is digital. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no shipping charges. Pro and Gems arrive in your Wordojo account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

1. What we sell

• Wordojo Pro: a subscription, monthly or yearly, that adds AI coach reviews, Gems every month and no sponsored picks.
• Gem packs: an in-app currency for extras.
• Content packs: sets of talks, episodes and articles that unlock in the app, for the days shown when you buy or for good.
• The Wordojo app for Android, which is free to download.

We don't sell or ship physical goods.

2. How it's delivered

• Pro, Gems and packs are added to the Wordojo account you're signed in to as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment. That usually takes under a minute, and never more than 24 hours. You'll see Pro or your new Gems in Settings, Your plan, and a pack's items open without the lock.
• The app downloads from wordojo.app as a signed Android file. Updates then arrive inside the app.
• A receipt goes to your email from our payment provider.

3. Where

Wordojo works anywhere you can use an Android phone running Android 8.0 or later, with the internet for AI coaching, sync and payments.

4. If something doesn't arrive

If you've paid and Pro or your Gems haven't appeared within 24 hours, write to support@wordojo.com from the email on your account, with the payment ID or the date and amount. We'll add it straight away, or refund you in full. See refunds and cancellations.
